This data set is not to be used for defining the exact location of the boundaries; administrative decisions should be based on legal documents and legal survey plans referred to in the Order in Council documents. Block Land Transfer Boundaries: This data represents the boundary of the area in which the Commissioner of the Northwest Territories has administration and control of the land. These boundaries are established by an Order In Council (OIC) describing the land to be transferred from Her Majesty the Queen to the Commissioner.
